Josie's Story

Josie LeAnn McKee was born March 1, 2010, one month premature. Unexpectedly she had Beckwith-Weidemann Syndrome, Omphalocele and intestine problems which required her to have surgery just hours after birth. Josie spent her first month of life in Harris Methodist Hospital. Just six short months later, September 17, 2010, she was diagnosed with Wilms Turmors. She started chemotherapy September 24, 2010 and will contiune with the chemo every Friday for six weeks.

Josie is a very strong little girl with a smile that will melt your heart. She is fighting a battle that grown men wouldn't dare attempt, all with a smile on her face. Please continue to pray for Josie and pass along the word to friends and family. She has a long road ahead of her, but with your help she will win this battle. Josie and her family are very greatful for everyone's support and prayers.

With love!
